Well, I just ended up doing a regular jailbreak and downloading them through Cydia. the newest version of sn0wbreeze has an "expert mode" that allows you to build your tweaks into your jailbroken ipsw, but meh.

When I add http://sinfuliphonerepo.com as a source in Cydia it lists them all, but try visiting that link from your computer.
