Topic: Is it possible to hack a Wikipedia article?

+ Anonymous A3 weeks ago #12,271

Someone should add Chris-chan to the Ruckersville, Virginia article.

If by "hack" you mean "edit" then yes, it is possible.

I mean hack the article to where anybody can edit it.

No. This would probably be impossible without some form of PsyOps. Regardless, Chris-chan has already been added to the Ruckersville article and removed shortly after. It wouldn't be worth the effort as they would only revert it again.

Which is why you keep adding him until they give up and stop reverting it and why is it impossible?

Don't we have technology to hack into a person's webcam yet we can't hack a simple wiki?

No, fuckwit. What you are thinking of are IP cameras.

@161,281 (A)

I knew this thread would be about Ruckersville, lol

I edited the article a bunch, and started trolling the talk page. They constantly reverted it. It culminated with me posting extremely large pictures of Kirk Johnson on various admin user pages, and then I was banned. There's this faggot mod called 000peter that watches the page. He is a total lulzkiller.

Can't you just reset your IP?

Oh yeah, but more people need to work on getting CWC the credit he deserves. No one will listen if it's just me. If there's some published news about his criminal case it just may get Chris on the list of Ruckersville, Virginia's most notable citizens.

I'm sure /cwc/ has tried dozens of times.

· Anonymous E3 weeks ago, 1 minute later, 10 hours after the original post[T] [B] #161,357

@previous (F)

Yeah, but Wikipedia hides behind it's bullshit policies. If there is actual published news about him, it will probably be enough. Seriously, CWC is one of the biggest internet celebrities of all time.

Fuck. Kimmo Alm is mentioned by name on Wikipedia.

Sadly I could never get into CWC trolling. I wish I had because I'm jonesing hard now that Kimmo is gone. :-/

The only published news I ever remember about Chris was that news story when he won that Sonic contest as a kid and was on TV.

I'm wondering if there will be news about his court case. I never trolled CWC either but I've read the CWCki and seen most of his videos. Shit is hilarious, but yeah I really miss Kimmo.
